Maybe you've driven by and admired the house and the neighborhood. Here's your chance. The home at 3305 Bondwood, will be open from 2-5 Sunday. (Of course you can call me any time to set up a private showing, but I'd love to see you there on Sunday.)
The price is now well below the tax assessment and is very reasonable for a home of this size in such a pretty neighborhood.
Briarwood is just off West Mountainview. Get to West Mountainview from North Roan or State of Franklin by way of West Oakland, then left on Mountainview. If you’ve been looking for a special neighborhood in the Mountainview area between North Roan and Knob Creek, you’ve probably already admired Briarwood, Berkshire, Roundtree, and Pine Timbers, and also other neighborhoods west of Knob Creek. Ask me about possibilities when you come visit me here on Sunday, or call or email at your convenience.
Bring a friend or tell your friends about this special neighborhood. I've recently done a post about the nearest neighborhoods - Briarwood, Berkshire, Roundtree and Pine Timbers, to whet your appetite.
The large traditional colonial at 3305 Bondwood Drive has five bedrooms, four full baths, and a lot of other features that you've been wanting. Two masters suites, one on each level, give great flexibility for various combinations of generations or age ranges. The main level suite could also be used as an office with separate outside entrance.
The fenced yard is both attractive and practical for children or pets. The family room with its fireplace and built-in bookcase wall are attractive and there are also formal living and dining rooms. The breakfast room is unforgettable.
If this isn't a convenient time, call to see it at another time or to tell me about any real estate need.
Maybe this should be in my "Serendipity" file - I knew the previous owner, and this one, and there are two other homes in the neighborhood for which it turns out that I knew the people who owned them years ago, before I moved to the area, which I discovered only in researching properties I was about to list.
