Happy Halloween - tips

HAPPY HALLOWEEN

A great Halloween safety reminder  came from an agent friend in Baltimore MD.    Click to be sure you think of everything.   Some are obvious, but I hadn’t thought of glow bracelets as something to give in addition to candy, for example.   Some of the comments also had good ideas.

Another Active Rain friend, a Virginia home inspector, suggested another kind of home safety tips that anyone expecting lots of company on a dark night should think about.

As a member of the Active Rain blogging group, I’ve made friends across the country  in several fields related to real estate.   We share ideas on such things as our local markets, special events in our areas, marketing, technology, negotiating, finance, staging, etc.     In addition to the knowledge and the friendships, we love Active Rain because everything we post goes straight to Google, which is wonderful publicity for our LISTINGS as well as for the community events we mention.

The local part of my blog is also available at on my web site – at www.TNTriCitiesHomes.com/marysblog.    Please look at the rest of the site when you have time, so you’ll be comfortable recommending me to your friends.    I’m especially pleased that every time anyone asks www.Homes.com for properties in ZIP 37604, my banner is at the top and side of the screen with my website link and access to MLS, and my listings show up at the very top of that page.  I do this for some other locations also, but this is the one you’ll be most interested in.    My banner also shows up almost every time when people search for “Johnson City TN”.

I need more listings especially in ZIP 37604 at this time, but I’m glad that I can feature 3305 Bondwood, there - a big colonial in Briarwood with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, two master suites, and lots of character, for only $284,900.
