Fiddler on the Roof is at Milligan this weekend. No matter how often you’ve seen it on stage or at the movies, seeing it again will be a special event.
We’ll see it tonight with friends, and will be watching friends on stage which makes it even more special. I sold a house in Towne Acres to “the Rabbi”. Two of Tevye’s daughters, the innkeeper and one of the mothers are part of a family whose property I have listed in Briarwood.
Here is part of the blurb from the Trinity Arts Center website:
Fiddler on the Roof, one of Broadway's most beloved musicals, comes to Johnson City for one weekend only! Laugh, cry, and sing along as Tevye and his daughters navigate faith, life, marriage, hardship, friendship, and more in this entertaining and family-friendly performance by some of the best talent the Tri-Cities has to offer.
Performances are at 6:30 on Friday, 11/9; 1:30 and 6:30 on Saturday, 11/10; and at 1:30 and 6:30 on Sunday, 11/11. Tickets for this event are $20 and may be purchased at trinityartscenter.com/tickets, by calling 926-6048, or at the box office, one hour before each performance. We'll see you there!
